CEDAR is a training, consultancy and research Centre aimed at building capacity and capability of both the Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) and Development Financial Institutions (DFIs) employees at large.
Established in April 2013, CEDAR is a wholly owned subsidiary of the SME Bank, a one-stop financing and business development centre which is dedicated to accelerate the growth of Malaysian SMEs. Introducing a fund that helps increase Bumiputera equity ownership in Bursa Malaysia
EquiBumi Financing Facility is a facility allocated by the Government under the National Budget 2014 to assist credible Bumiputera Companies (Acquirer) to take over listed companies or companies with potential to be listed on Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (Target Company). The amount allocated for EquiBumi Financing Facility is RM300 million.
Bumiputera Financing Fund (BFF) is a fund allocated by the Government under the National Budget 2013 to assist Bumiputera Small Medium Enterprises (SMEs) to finance the acquisition of Government-Linked Companies (GLCs) subsidiaries engaged in non-core activities.

Malay Reserve Development Financing Program (MRDF) is financing facility with an allocation of RM200 million initiated by the Government under the National Budget 2014 for the development of Malay Reserve Land in strategic areas such as Kampung Baru, Kampung Datuk Keramat and Kampung Pandan. This facility is to boost the improvement of the standard of living of the Bumiputera community in-line with the rapid development of the surrounding area.
